Why I created this website
I created this portfolio website to showcase my photography, web design, customer service, and video/photo editing skills, to connect with potential clients, and to share my vision and passion for multimedia technology with the world. It serves as a platform to display my best work and to make it easily accessible to anyone interested in my skills.

Hi, my name is Marlo Vinluan and I am currently working as a freelancer collections representative. I am married and have a 4-year-old son. I studied multimedia arts at the University of the Philippines, where I learned skills such as graphic design, video editing, and web development. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing sports, and working on creative projects for our community for free. I am a hardworking and dedicated individual, and I always look for ways to improve my skills and grow as a professional.
Throughout my career, I have developed a strong foundation in customer service, sales, and collection. I have a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding performance goals, as well as a deep understanding of how to effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints. Additionally, I am skilled in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, which has helped me consistently achieve high customer satisfaction scores.
I strive to treat others with respect, empathy, and compassion. I believe that kindness is contagious and that by being kind to others, I can help create a more positive and loving world. I also believe that kindness is a strength, and that it takes courage and selflessness to be kind, especially in difficult or challenging situations.

I am an amateur photographer, passionate about capturing the world around me through my lens. I have always been fascinated by photography and have been honing my skills for several years. My photography is mainly focused on landscapes, portraits and street photography. I have a keen eye for capturing unique moments and emotions, and I believe that each photo tells a story. I am always looking for new and creative ways to improve my craft and to express my vision. I am self-taught, but always open to learn from others.
